Answer to:
Do I really need to use printed copies?

Especially in this "computer age" people have become accustomed to composing directly with word processors. While this is perfectly appropriate for many types of work, we have found that the creation of an effective business plan is one of those areas where using pen & paper makes a dramatic difference.
Naturally, some people prefer to work more with computerized document files directly, if you are in that group then the system will still work for you. The only adjustments you need make, are that you keep a very careful track of the document files, since they would not be the same as reliable paper versioning.

Answer to:
Will the Maze Business Plan System work with wordprocessors other than MS Word or WordPerfect?

In order to utilize the Maze Business Plan System you should be using either MicroSoft Word or WordPerfect as your wordprocesor. However, if you are using another wordprocessor it MUST be able to read AND maintain all formatting for the MS Word wordprocessor, most do. Using a wordprocessor is required in order to develop the extensive Table of Contents which is a rquirement for any respectable Business Plan. DO not purchase our system if you do not use a wordprocessor that works only with a plain text file, it will not work.
